There is a bunch of articles which have images with links that lead to a separate a page. This page always has the image as the only content. According to Checklist, p. 6.3.1, these links must be removed, therefore you mustn't use @href property for the highlighted image.

Short version:
This link leads to other page's canonical (you don't really know it's an attachment or article page until you click it), that's why it's kept. All other image links starts-with current page's canonical link were already removed, as you can see in the second, third, etc. images. So 6.3.1 should not be applied in this different case.
