Why no IV?

It is static page without dynamic content.

Event pages is kind of service pages with dynamic content (date / time like here: https://www.myvin.com.ua/poster/movies/velyka-mandrivka )-> optional to support or shouldn't have IV at all.
This current page is a strange case where regular article (calendar) placed in events category ("МІСЦЕ ЗАХОДУ:" -> "Event place:"). Doesn't seem to be a regular situation.
