Main media used as a cover

- It's actually correct formatting.
Here we have cover image that have class dm_image_caption and it's caption also has class articleHeader, that mean that it's header image and at normal articles it will looks fine.
For example https://www.mz-web.de/leben/multimedia/apple-eigenheit-wozu-dient-das-kleine-loch-neben-der-iphone-kamera--26830806
Also we have this p – that can be bad Idea to delete it when article will be renewed or edited.
So this case is optional, all information that we have at page here we shows at our IV for user

While it's less desirable to set the image as the cover, it's not required. So it's still optional.
