Yes, of course that part is identifiable. But I think fragments that look like "- сказал Bloomberg Майкл Вессел (Michael Wessel), член комиссии USCESRC." or ", - подчеркнул он." or even "- написал он в марте 2018 года в письме Комитета по иностранным инвестициям в США (CFIUS, Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States), в котором ведомство дало отрицательную оценку сделке по поглощению Broadcom компании Qualcomm, впоследствии заблокированной президентом Трампом." (later in the article) are bad candidates for being credits.

So there is no point to identify it actually.
