This should not be a pull-quote, Its more like a critical information? Quotes are used for obviously quotes from someone or from an entity, in this case this isn't a quote. Wrong formatting.

I googled about semantic of pullquote before. Pullquote != blockquote. It is ok to format it like that. Anyway it's better than leave it as usual paragraph like you template does
