it's not possible to meaningfully support it.
The way you are doing it has a problem that the IV shows just one image and a couple of links. However, the source page has all thumbnail previews for the user to navigate to a slide that they want to see. This kind of navigation is missing in your template. Basically, you turned a gallery page into a single-image page.
Since it's not possible to meaningfully represent all content of the page, it's better to let it be opened in the browser.
