The image you are suggesting is from the link preview, which is not the same as the cover. You can tell, because the one from preview has text on it.
The source page shows the image without text on it, and instead shows headers as normal text on top.
We don't need images with article info on them in IV, because we have that info right below the cover.
You took the cover image from a slightly wrong place. It's a bit tricky for this website, but if you search the source code for this image, you can find out where you should take the cover image from.
