in original page have not got any devider element , i know you say whitespace = devider but we must keep original style and about adding any helper element nothing says in rules but there says you cann't any element which have not got in original page so you must remove this devider.

It's a very long article. It's hard to read without any visual separation of sections. Especially on small screens, for which IV is intended.
