The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Issue #4

https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/nautil.us/template88/issue3/

So this page contains just one video and production credits are related to "all videos on the page"?

And this page
http://nautil.us/issue/40/learning/the-modern-mind-may-be-100000-years-old
contains more than one image, but illustration credits are related to just the cover?

And I have absolutely no idea how you managed to teach the template to check whether text makes sense or not.

What I mean to say is, trying to be clever about this is pointless. All it does is working around some manually checked cases. What it does not do is improving user experience in any way.
What we have here is a controversial issue of handling this particular part of byline that has varied content and no marking. What we need is a decision: remove or keep. Not attempts to have it both ways.
