I'm a little shocked by your template, this is one instagram media, but your template split them into multi paragraphs.

After the comment:
"<!-- A generated by theme -->" inside //blockquote/@class="instagram-media"
there are several totally unexpected elements like footer within the instagram blockquote.

Your template removes all other unexpected elements from Instagram Media, but these elements are totally unexpected.
Clearly a very rare case, there is no such pattern on other pages.

- "Unexpected" footer should have been removed anyway as rudimentary content.
In this case the embed still must be generated, but with missing text after it, that isn't critical since it's missing due the article issue.

It seems something in the template prevents embed generation.
Perhaps, it's a rare case, but by default the embed should have been generated. But didn't because of the template rules.
