Admin should we generate gallery with pagination links as below?

site.com/sunny-lane-gallery
site.com/sunny-lane-gallery?start=60

It seems IV editor removing query part(?start=60), but i've seen that happen not for all domains. I have some domains with url's containing big query strings. So should we preserve this pagination and convert to related? (I've seen issues where admin tell that gallery navigation better to be formatted as related.)

I've seen some similar cases where admins said that we shouldn't create IVs for pages where navigation is broken by IV engine (all pages has same canonical URL).
