Template #11 Issue #1
Feb 7, 2019
Missing audio. I don't think it's possible to integrate this, so IV should not generate.
Dome
This is essentially related content, which has no value to the actual article text and should be optional. Not generating the whole site over something like this? I dont get it

Template #11 Issue #2

Timezone (Germany has GMT+1) not accounted for
Dome
Doesnt effectively make a difference, since there is also CET and CEST, one will always be wrong

Template #11 Issue #3

Should be in a <related> section
Dome
Everything related is optional.

It is obligatory to format “Related articles” links using the new <related> tag, provided they are identifiable in the source. https://instantview.telegram.org/checklist#6-3-2-related-articles

as of 6.2.2 "We recommend setting a cover If there's a suitable image directly below the title/subtitle"
In other articles the cover image is set -this should be the case here aswell otherwise it will prove as inconsistent

Template #31 Issue #1

Missing audio element, but description from audio element is in the article.
(Audio widget isn't properly displayed in the editor's preview, open the page in a browser to see it)

The audio is missing.
Template #31 Issue #2

Content-order has been changed.

These related articles should be at the bottom like in the original

Template #31 Issue #3

Missing Cover image
Declined by admin
The cover image is optional in this case.
Template #37 Issue #1
Feb 13, 2019
Video is possible to embed here (see my template) and IV should generate without problem
Deleted Account
It is embeded, but the video can't be loaded (problem of the website not mine). On your template it's the exact same problem...

Template #37 Issue #2
Feb 13, 2019
missing Cover
Deleted Account
It's a small image below the title that is marked as "contentimage" in the source and should definitely not be the cover.

Template #37 Issue #3

So, you've said that the web page is causing the video to fail but this is wrong.
Telegram has set a size limit for videos, If this is exceeded, the media will be displayed as "NO_MEDIA_FOUND".
So depending on the length of a video, this happens like here.

A workaround is to choose a lower quality version of the video, like in my template - to have a higher probability of not hitting the file size limit.
Deleted Account
The checklist says better quality images should be used when possible and I personally think the same goes for videos. In this case the video is 960*540, wich is already low, and the one in your template is 512*288 which is really low. It's not a problem with my template if the video is too big and I think decreasing the resolution is a bad idea, and is some way you're "removing" some content.
Accepted by admin
I accept the issue since the Template #39 (by Dome) found a suitable solution for the video handling
Deleted Account
My template does handle videos. Example: https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/ndr.de/template37/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ndr.de%2Fnachrichten%2Fschleswig-holstein%2FFSG-Investor-Windhorst-uebernimmt-Werft-Anteile%2Cfsg258.html.
But if you're saying that using a lower quality video to make the IV load is better...

There are no dividers at source page
Dome
Thats right, however is some cases the audio or video tags are directly followed by text without additional Header and in order to avoid confusion between these two contents I added the hr.

Not critical
Template #41 Issue #1
Feb 14, 2019
In the original page there is a video element at the marked place.
Since it is possible to embed these, it should be done and not replaced with the cover image.
Artem Morziev
Such videos can be at any page, but we can't know what exactly video we will be able to play, and what Telegram will not loaded(due on size of file or etc.) So it better to leave here preview image and add link where we can see the video
Accepted by admin
Since there's a way to handle the video and to choose its quality, the video should be preserved
Template #39 Issue #2
Feb 15, 2019
This is exactly case what I have explained here https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/ndr.de/template41/issue1/

It's better to live direct links on it
Dome
3.3. says: "All important media (images, videos, slideshows, and other content that is relevant to the article) that exists in the source must be shown horizontally centered on IV page."

I have taken every possible measure to include videos working in the IV.
For the majority of the pages with videos, this is the case - and if one or two of the videos are unsupported due to Telegram policies there is not much I can do.

Also, in your template you were redirecting to the video page but the IV was generated and the media player was still missing - thats not really better.

Wrong time zone!
Germany is GMT+1, not +2
Mykhailo Komendant
From wikipedia:

Time zone UTC+1 (CET)
• Summer (DST) UTC+2 (CEST)

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time_in_Germany

Timezone I used in template is correct (Europe/Berlin)

Some subtitle/caption made it under the slideshow, cant be found on the original page
Mykhailo Komendant
It present on original page as header of slideshow:
https://telegra.ph/file/9103ce3d1db925a57191e.png

I preferred to use it as slideshow caption rather than just as subheader in article because it refers directly to this gallery.

Also when gallery inserted in the middle of article, plain header will be look like header for slideshow and for other content below it (I can't find article that have this case, but I think this case is possible).

Template #49 Issue #1
Feb 19, 2019
Content order has been changed from the source page. The link somehow got in between...

And "Informationen zur Sendung" could be a <related> tag since your template can generate the IV for it and its identifiable.

And the two related tags at the bottom are missing their headers.
Mykhailo Komendant
1. It doesnt changed 'somehow'. I appended this link to figcaption, as it appears in video caption in original.

The rules says that we should use <cite> for credits in captions. And from manual:

'As of IV 2.0, can contain an additional tag <cite> with attribution (author, creator or source of the media)'

Line 'Sportclub - 17.02.2019 22:50 Uhr Autor/in: Sven Kaulbars' describe the program name, date of episode and author of video, so its clearly identificable as video attribution. IV puts <cite> after main caption content, thats why we see selected link inside caption, while actually it in the bottom of caption

2. Headers you selected in reladed block is the title of articles, if we use it as headers for <related> blocks it will simply repeat the title of the related link, so we should not use it as header of related block.

Template #49 Issue #2
Feb 19, 2019
These related articles are missing any kind of header.
Either there should be a common one (but there is none in source) or you make them single related tags with their respective headers.

As it is now, its pretty confusing especially behind another related tag.
Mykhailo Komendant
I answered about headers of related links in a previous issue

Template #49 Issue #3
Feb 19, 2019
There is no divider in the source page and it's not necessary at this place.
Mykhailo Komendant
Sure. But visually this block looks different from the main content of the page. It looks as a dedicated block of information, not like a simple paragraph. And I think it acceptable to somehow separate it from the rest of the information about the episode.

The header of the slideshow is wrongly formatted as caption below it.

Open the site in your browser to see it correctly
Mykhailo Komendant
I preferred to use it as slideshow caption rather than just as subheader in article because it refers directly to this gallery.

Dome
Checklist 4. Content to be removed : "Unsupported widgets"

This imo also includes maps since they are just related in the majority of cases on this news website, not necessary.
Accepted by admin
The page should contain the map. Otherwise it shouldn't generate IV
Template #59 Issue #1
Feb 24, 2019
The page contains no invalid elements and should generate an IV since its not a contact page.
Its essentially a normal article written by authors over themselfs, accessible for anyone so it doesnt disclose any kind of privacy or vice versa.

Template #63 Issue #1
Feb 24, 2019
You should wrap the source for the article in a <cite> regarding to Checklist.

6.2.5 Media credits
IV 2.0 supports a dedicated <cite> tag for credits in media captions. Credits in captions must be preserved and placed inside the appropriate tag, provided it is technically possible to reliably identify them.
Deleted Account
It's not really credits, it's just the name of the show and at what time you can watch.

Template #67 Issue #1
Feb 24, 2019
The text below the image should be set as caption, not a blockquote since they are directly related.

Also, you should replace either the "mehr"-link or the whole image block with a <related> tag, since you can be sure that the IV is generated for authors. This would also provide a preview image and text so nothing would be lost in the context.
Mykhailo Komendant
Can you be sure that IV would be generated for all author pages on all site? No. Since this is part of article (not just one of the 'read also' block), we cant put this links to <related>

About caption/not caption - look at example:

Again accidentally pressed Ctrl+Enter ...

I continue my comment to issue #1,

About caption/not caption - look at example:
https://www.ndr.de/der_ndr/technik/satellit/Unser-Norden-sieht-klar-digital-und-regional,fernsehempfangdigital2.html

On page in the link above are present same blocks, but without images, and with essential content (and, for example, link to download PDF document will newer generate IV). I decide to make all same blocks (that cannot be marked as <related>) to blockquotes, to avoid design differences between block with image and without it
