Too big for subtitle, should be converted to bold paragraph

I mean it will be good to determine when use text as subtitle and when as bold paragraph. E. g. if text is under 150 characters it can be subtitle and bold paragraph in another case

Also, this site often uses big texts as subtitle/lead paragraph, it's easy to manage - see my template

Ostap, I know and I agree, however due to Admin's decision (check the issue where template got removed because of this).
