It's not a source, for example, look at this page: http://www.newc.info/interview/44366/. Here we see "Новый Крым" in the same block. Do you think the source of the page is this website itself? And also, on the page you've given, we see that a real source goes after "источник:". So, quite obvious that it's not a source, it is just the team that wrote this article
