“Photos: AAP” must be formatted as <cite>

- While there are some amount of slideshows that use this for copyright and such, there are a lot of pages where it's used for just figcaption. For example, https://www.newcastlestar.com.au/story/4706817/manly-secures-extra-time-win-over-raiders-photos/
You parsed the bottom row as a <cite> while it's clearly not a <cite>, but rather just an image caption. https://telegra.ph/zzz-04-20

So there are a lot of cases where there's not credits in this field. After all, it's class name has nothing to do with credits, it's just for all captions ("carousel-gallery-meta__caption")
