- It looks like this site scrapes articles from many sources and then produces pages with with different structure.
I think fixing this cosmetic issue could be viable if this site had stable article structure. But in this case I think we shouldn't fix every such issue like losing bold formatting or heading with image inside. Trying to support every cosmetic issue on this site in scraped articles will be endless.
