In this case the picture is inside <strong>. <img> isn't supported inside <strong>. In the above case <img> is inside <strong> and <em>. These nested elments are not supported. So I changed them into <div>. I may use @after_el or @before_el in here, but we can't identify whether to use @after_el or @before_el as we can't know image is before or after the text(). So if we use one of them (@after_el or @before_el) we may damage the text and images in other cases.
