Explanation why it is a subtitle:
Previously this site was called tnr.com, but changed it's name and engine. However, old articles were moved from old to the new website, and sometimes with minor mistakes, like not marking the subtitle.
We can take a look at archive.com and find out what it was in original.

Yep, it was a subtitle.
Now, it can be easily distinguished and marked correctly in IV pages.
