Although, note that the Flash message is not essential content. Flash isn't required to support the embedded Youtube video at all. So the Flash message is rudimentary.

However, the issue with this IV is that it's inserting a blank <iframe> without any src attribute set. This is a legitimate issue. This issue is a duplicate of issue #8 on this template though.
