Static article without unsupported video needs IV

My template doesn't support this page since it has element which can contain unsupported video:
<glomex-player data-integration-id="4059a012jqz4one0" data-width="16" data-height="9" act="initially-hidden"/>

IV parser always returns this element empty regardless of whether it actually contains video on original page or not. So, there is no way to determine if there is unsupported video on original page and we have to unsupport all pages with this element.
