法國料理往往給人高貴難以接近的印象,但在高雄這間法式餐廳,主廚結合了日、韓、義、法等異國料理手法,加上南台灣本土的新鮮食材,變化成一道道有在地風味的創意料理,像是香料醬烤五花豬,看起來像中式的 ,主廚用洋蔥、迷迭香先油封,煎過塗上香料醬之再烤過,口感潤而不膩,異國風味醬汁也很搭!
