It is wrong to change the tag of pullquotes. There are many Sample Templates provided by Telegram staffs and none of them used this kind of way to show the pullquote citation. actually they use totally different approach. please see this Sample Template:

When several image resolutions are available, the IV page should use better quality images (within reason).
