The cover is not set! more importantly, there is no image in the Link Preview

- Because this is not a cover, you can navigate, as you did, and see that cover images are always between title and subtitle and not below subtitle.
Note that it is obligatory "When the article has a cover on the source website (above the title or subtitle)." but if you browse the article list you can see old articles, like this one, aren't given a cover.
Indeed "We recommend setting a cover If there's a suitable image directly below the title/subtitle." is considered optional.
