Missing citation

- I think it is not appropriate to do that. Even in the Sample Template section, this kind of pullquote does not have a citation. Check for example this Sample Template:

In the above link, there ara e couple of pullquotes that doesn't have citation. I did exacly like the Sample Templates that provided by Telegram Admins. Moreover there is nothing about changing pullquotes reference to cite in the checklist.
