Author is stored in ALL pages in the <div class="article-meta__author-and-date"> (in this case the block is empty) and not in the <div class="article-contact">; contact block it's for getting more infos, i think it's not part of essential content.
You can take for example https://news.harvard.edu/gazette/story/newsplus/faculty-council-meeting-dec-12-2018/ to see what I mean.
