Blockquote/img order missed

- The image floats to the left here with text wrapping around it. I don't think it has a strict visual order because of that.
I think moving an image after the wrapping blockquote works better in most cases due to how it interacts with surrounding content.
Note the preceding sentence that speaks about the quote content and even ends with a colon. It makes more sense to show the text immediately after it, before the illustration image.
