- This is because of an odd element nesting in the source. When there's an image inside of a paragraph, we need to take it out. I always try to preserve the ordering as much as possible, but in some cases the IV engine isn't helpful here. Especially when you try to take out an element surrounding by text nodes.
IMO, as long as it does not break the ordering considerably (more than just swapping text/image within a *single* block of text), it should be fine.
