The page source shows <span class="n-post_meta_cdate">30 мая 2017, 14:58</span>, and Unixtime is returned by @datetime: https://instantview.telegram.org/docs#datetime. It is fine to show UTC time on the IV page: https://instantview.telegram.org/checklist#6-9-date-and-time. Sorry, it isn't clear what exactly the issue is about, kindly resubmit it if we didn't get you right.
