It's not a table on original site.
just because it looks different, you can't blindly assume it's a table.
Just leave it as is would be better.

This block is made to look like a card and is visually different from ordinary paragraphs. I did what the admin advises in such cases ( https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/infosperber.ch/template10/issue1/ ).
I used a table for such blocks, because ordinary paragraphs are also separated with <hr>.
