I think you can get video for those gifs.

- No I cannot, there is embed from other service. But my template leaves link to this embed - this is acceptable behavior

Either the page must not generate IV because of unsupported embed or its content must be displayed in the IV.

- But why? Checklist clearly says
"If an otherwise supported article includes a video or an audio track that would cause it to become unsupported, it is acceptable to include a link to the video instead of unsupporting the article."
My template include link to unsupported video - exactly as checklist says
