These one-line paragraphs must me converted to <hr>. On a devices with small width displays this divider will take 2 lines, which might be inconvenient for user.

Anyway identifying by text is a bad idea.

Other times they can use "-------" or "[space]__________" or "_____[space]_____" or any other option.
