А в мета данных написано время публикации по гринвичу UTC. Я так понял админы хотели UTC время, чтобы показывать пользователю относительное время в instant view, но потом столкнулись с проблемой что utc не на всех сайтах, есть. Поэтому опционально. However, that seems to be a person's name, rather than a category. Sherali Rysbekov I don't think so. Red symbols above (국제 > 국제일반) represent category, but 조인우 기자 is an author's name, Choo Inwoo.
