This is not issue but question, i dont understand rule about time zone. Time zone should be the same as article site county or what? ( поясните ктонить как это работает, ведь на странице написано одно а в итоге вышло другое, и какое верное???)

Вообщем на странице время то которое показывается серверу(ближайшему к серверу сайта) telegram который забирает html код. А в мета данных написано время публикации по гринвичу UTC. Я так понял админы хотели UTC время, чтобы показывать пользователю относительное время в instant view, но потом столкнулись с проблемой что utc не на всех сайтах, есть. Поэтому опционально.
