OKC's Midtown to get new Boulevard restaurant
A restaurant will once again anchor the block that was home to Boulevard Cafeteria in Midtown but will be a part of a decidedly more urban mixed-use development by Midtown Renaissance Group. Neighborhood Jam, a relatively new daytime dining concept by the Hal Smith Group with locations in northwest Oklahoma City and Norman, is set to open on the first floor of The Boulevard when it opens in mid-2020. The remainder of the 34,000-square-foot, two-story building will be leased with retail on the first floor and offices on the second floor.
