Icons and low resolution images must use <pic>, otherwise the images will be upscaled to full screen width.

I may agree at you at some point but this should be converted as <pic>. These tiny images would look stretched in IV (try "View in Telegram" function in the editor). This is why we should convert such images to <pic> and it is identifiable by its attribute height="20"
