Missing image captions.

- Seems as an unique formatting, the only way to fix it is appending <div class="news_img "></div> to a previous paragraph as a figcaption, but I haven't seen similar layout on this site and I can't be sure that it will work correctly in other situations, for example image directly after img.
Right now they have:
<div class="news_img ">img here</div>
<div class="news_img ">caption here</div>
In that case cant proper detect figcaption

- IV page is missing essential content
