The issue creator's approach is unreliable.
In a case identical to this it gives the same result: https://goo.gl/YwHpYo (the same URL in the author name property, the author name is at the bottom in a strong text, just like this one)

And there were more. Such issues seem to be declined consistently enough.

- Thank you very much for the extensive evidence. It seems that it is better not to set the author name property on this site since signature blocks are not consistent across different articles. As demonstrated by your sample links 3 and 4, Template #5 offers no improvement over this one — and even creates a corrupted IV as shown in your sample link 2.
