- It's just decorative span, which doenst contain real code. In other articles real code fragments wrapped in valid <code>. We have no need to keep all decorations of source articles.

- The article marks that word that way because it is a console command. So it makes sense to mark it similar to code.
The reporter's template handles this case better, although, this is not a critical issue. It could be nice to address this in a future revision of the template.
