So, if iv is getting generated, it's missing image link, which actually is the whole purpose of this page.

Since the link leads the user to another URL which does not belong to the original website, It would better be removed.
There's also a text in the last paragraph which says that you can join Ninikadeh's channel to receive these stickers.
.. So I think it's purely optional.
