- Using "Europe/Berlin" as a timezone is a undocumented feature of the @datetime function that I just heard about for the first time.
Nevertheless there have many precedence issues that demonstrate that the not using the correct time zone doesn't warrant a rejection of the template.

Note that in the first link, the time offset from Germany->UTC is +1, while in the second it's +2, because of the Daylight Savings Time.
Telegram's @datetime function will properly calculate the time offset to the reader's timezone, if implemented by the template creator correctly. It is possible to enter the Timezone information as something like "Europe/Berlin". This causes the datetime-parser to automatically i
