1.1. Pages with static article-like content (documentation)

- In one of the issues I read the response from Telegram, where they say that the IV is primarily intended for articles.
- Declined by admin
- About pages/service pages/terms of service are optional. If there is contact information on that pages, no IV should be generated.
In this case it's optional and as Dooks said, main target are the articles itself.
