The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Preview seems to be cut

By now description is taken from meta tag "description" and text in it ends exactly with "...". No modification are applied.
If it's not suitable, description can be taken from the text, but I think everything is ok with the current template.
