This should split to subtitle from title.

These summary sentences are usually short and are not part of the article's text. It is advisable but not required to represent them as <subtitle> elements. Here's an example:"
The common way to use subtitles is below the title and is "advisable but not required" to use it. This apply for the no common way subtitle (over the title)
