Author name already exists on top of the page

- This signature is purely hand-written by n+1 editors and on some pages contain more information than just an author.
Also there're cases where several persons worked on the same article.
e.g.: https://nplus1.ru/blog/2017/02/16/time-and-subjectivity
Author is "Факультет психологии МГУ"
Signatures inside the text: Демина Мария, Солодчик Полина
We can't just remove bottom paragraph with signture, because:
1. It's not uniquely identifiable
2. In the example above an author could be "Солодчик Полина", in this case if we remove the bottom part with this signature, only "Демина Мария" will be left, which is much worse than having a signature as provided by an editor.

- The template creator has a point. A signature at the end of the article is not the end of the world. We may consider accepting an issue for this if a consistently better solution is offered in a working template.
