- Please, look at the "Original" field: there is uptitle, which was combined with main title by me, because it may be essential, like in this case.

- This article seems to be a case of one-off formatting for this website. Preserving this info in case of all other articles doesn't seem vital for the IV. Therefore we've decided that such preservation is optional.
If all articles on the website had been using such long pre-headlines, it would have been adisable to preserve them in the form of cover captions, but this is definitely not the case as demonstrated in the appeal to this issue:

As a general rule, it's better to omit such pre-headlines. We apologize for the confusion and will update the checklist for future contests to make this more obvious.
