Basically this element is unsupported. But with a little bit workaround you can deliver information to user. You did nothing with this, and it's useless

- "U.S. Drone Strikes in Pakistan" is description and caption of the graph. The footer, khm.. the "caption" you have chosen for me is not a real caption and does carry no any information about the image and the object on it at all. Unfortunately, this is the maximum of information that can be obtained from the image within the IV, but that's enough.
