There is have better image quality but your template don't have better.

- The image that you pointed at is indeed of low quality, but putting low-quality version of an image in the beginning and its higher-quality version later is author's brainchild (own idea), and why would I modify my template so that it does not correspond to the source page? Your approach can be considered as 'Author added their own content', since visitors of source page would not see the first image in the way you present it in your IV.
