1. This block is identifiable.
2. “İLGİLİ HABERLER” means “RELATED NEWS”.
3. The list of related articles is static: the current article was published in 2014, the related were in 2016 and 2015.

How can you call this static related articles? there are other pages where related articles are "more" dynamic than this if you don't call this dynamic..

Check this article for example:
https://odatv.com/cumhuriyetin-adalet-eliyle-yok-edildigini-tarih-yazacak-1209131200.html
No single related article, They are related by tags only (Odatv) and also tags are mostly not accurate and not related to current article.
