This must be modified to h1 header & hr must be removed.

- This is just a <p> on the website with no special attributes or other markings that would allow to destinguish them, so if it is modified, all <p>'s will be modified as h1, which does not make sense. Anyway, the original is presented the same way, why it should be modified?
