cover image is repeated in the article

Sometimes this image (but with a different URL) is present in the article body. (as in this case)
Sometimes the article has no images, but has a cover. (http://odpublic.net/news/2019/02/07/yanukovich-ne-znaet-845378)
Sometimes the article contains images, but the cover does not match any of them. (http://odpublic.net/articles/2015/04/15/kriminalnaya-odessa)
There is no way to distinguish between these cases. That's why image in the article body was left untouched.

- There's an issue because the template extracts the cover from //head//link[@rel="image_src"], what is a bad idea, since there's no cover in the article.
